Travel Gift Ideas for Her

Having spent my fair share of money on different travel items, I've come up with a few that I cannot live without.  Let me share my absolute favorite travel items that she will love to get for any gift giving occasion!

collection of travel items for women. Luggage, hair tools, sweater, shoes.

  1. Travel size jewelry case. For a long time, I stopped taking jewelry with me when I traveled just because it was such a hassle to pack it.  However, this little case is super compact and holds just the right amount of stuff.  And, it comes in a ton of different colors, so you can get one that fits her personality.  At less than $7, this is a great stocking stuffer!
  2. RFID Wallet.  Nobody needs to haul their entire every-day purse and wallet with them on vacation.  This slim wallet lets you carry just exactly what you need and it fits perfectly in your back pocket.
  3. Rockland carry onEveryone in my house has their own Rockland carry on suitcase. They have been all over the world (more than once) and I can fit everything I need for 10 days in Europe in my bag.  This bag comes in over a dozen different colors and is less than $100.
  4. Compression Packing cubes.  Not only do these make it easier to squeeze more stuff into your luggage, but they are also great for organizing your clothes!  Buy different colors so Mom can easily differentiate between her clothes and whichever kid is sharing her suitcase with her.
  5. CHI flat iron.  Did you know the average lifespan for a flat iron is only 2-3 years?  I have had my CHI iron for more than 10 and she still works like a charm.  My favorite thing about my CHI is that it's dual voltage, so I can use it anywhere in the world without worrying about frying my hair, killing my flat iron or blowing a fuse at our hotel.
  6. Cozy sweater. I don't care where or when you're flying, you NEED a sweater (or other piece of warm, cozy clothing) for your flights. My husband purchased this sweater for me as a gift and it's my new go-to for everything, really.
  7.  BEIS Mini Weekender.  Hands down my FAVORITE piece of luggage.  I use it as my personal item when traveling, but I have often used just this bag alone.  It fits So. Much. Stuff.  It is gorgeous, well made and totally worth the money.  I promise she will love this bag!
  8.  My Born Inlet leather sandals.  I was a bit nervous about these at first, as they aren't cheap and I was worried they wouldn't live up to the hype.  However.  These sandals have trekked through miles upon miles upon miles all through Europe and are still holding up great!  Also? They are incredibly comfortable.  I love that I can wear them with pretty much anything, which really helps when I'm traveling carry on only.
